Can you use vim with Progress4GL?

I would like to use Progress4GL with the (neo)Vim text editor.

Does anybody have experience using vim/neovim with Progress4GL?

Specifically I would like an easy way to Jump to definition in my progress project.

I've seen VIM users use ctags to allow this functionality with keyboard binding CTRL + [

For example: assume that I have a progress file which runs a custom procedure stored in an include file. I would like an easy way to use CTRL + [ inside my progress file where it jumps to that procedure definition in the include file.
