[SQL] why can I from databricks import sql

I try to connect Databricks with Jupyter notebook and run sql.

I pip installed Databricks, but when I tried 'from Databricks import sql', it simply says that I cannot import name sql from Databricks.

Then I tried both pip install databricks-sql-connector, and pip install databricks.sql, still not working. Anyone know what is missing here?
