[SQL] About 2 min to upload a listing or update one

I have been trying hard to find the root cause of why it is taking about 2 min to upload a post/listing on my website tregumakinave.al

I have (dummy testing) over 40.000 listings available on the site with over 285.000 images. I have tried using cache (litespeed), wp-optimize and some other database plugin but none helped.

I am currently using ewww to optimize the images and still waiting to see results (as there are 2,248,359 images left to optimize)

The image attached shows the heavy loaded tables.

Here are the server specs EPYC™ 9354P 4 vCores @ 3,3+ GHz 8 GB RAM DDR5 ECC 240 GB SSD RAID 10 (NVMe) 50 TB Traffic at up to 3 Gb/s

The server has been (as far as i remember) properly optimized. The website loading speed it great, even browsing from page to page.

Can someone please help to figure out the solution to this issue?

• I tried to use several db plugins to clear out any unused tables or even fix any fi broken, but with success
• I am trying to optimize the images using ewww
• I have tried to flash the db via SQL
