[Python] nnUNetv2_plan_and_preprocess: command not found

In the programs, U-Mamba,

when I run

nnUNetv2_plan_and_preprocess -d 701 --verify_dataset_integrity


it shows

nnUNetv2_plan_and_preprocess: command not found

my run env:


Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-101-generic x86_64) RTX 2080ti, RTX 3090

these things are done:

1. conda activate env-...
2. torch with cuda
3. causal-conv1d
4. mamba-ssm
5. umamba pip install -e .
6. nnunetv2 pip install -e .
7. nnU-Net dataset format
8. export nnUNet_raw, nnUNet_preprocessed, nnUNet_results
