[Python] Need help for career recommendation project using machine learning [closed]

i am working in a project in which a career path will be suggested based on a set of dynamic questions . First we will have a set of questions , based on these answers next set will be asked . as we go on with the question career paths is being shortlisted in the backend . We will analyze the skills of the user and their interests . At the end we will suggest 3-4 career options . I know nodejs and react js and also python . What are the technologies i will need . What algorithms and data sets do i need and how much of machine learning do i need and how to learn
