[Python] Error trying to install the madmom package in python

    When I try to install the madmom package I get the following error message:

    I have already successfully installed all prerequisites, including cython which seems to be the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I tried to install the package in a virtual environment and installed a different version of cython, but still no good.
