I'm learning Laravel, previously XAMPP and phpMyAdmin worked properly, but after updating windows, the phpMyAdmin cannot connect, access denied and gives an error massage "cannot connect: invalid setting" MySQL is already running in the control panel

I have tried to find the error in the error log, checked the port used by MySQL, there is no visible error
