Infinite loop on SSO (OIDC) [closed]

I have a website written in Angular, which uses OIDC flow for SSO. There are following scenarios happening with my website:

1. If I post my website's URL on Yammer (Viva Engage), and click on it, my website opens in a New Tab and goes on Infinite loop.
2. If I right click on URL and open in a new tab, it opens normally.
3. If I copy the url, and paste it in browser it opens normally.
4. If I click on the url, and close the Yammer tab, it opens normally.

I am not sure what the issue could be, any suggestions would really help!
