How can I stop this command in Laravel?

I installed the telescope package in my laravel project, but when I opened the list of commands in telescope , I found that there is a command called list that is executed approximately 4 times in a row, every two minutes. How can I stop it when I don't know how it was executed and why it occurs so frequently?

I often remember that with this program I wrote the wrong command, which I think is the reason for this, but I do not know why this repetition occurs, especially when I open VS code.
