[Flutter] Unable to play videos within our app upon iOS 18 upgrade

After updating to iOS 18 our app is no longer able to play videos that the app dowloaded an album unless that video is up within the Photos app as well.

Full Access is granted to the app and the app can save/download videos to an album that is created, however when attempting to playback within our app, we get an exception thrown stating the app does not have permission to play.

Am not finding any permission changes required for iOS 18, nor anything stating this is an iOS 18 bug...?

Hoping someone has a solution/idea...

Attempted to play videos saved to photo album (from iOS 17) within our app. Video did not play within the app with an exception stating the app did not have permission to play the video.
