[Flutter] Run simple dart code in vscode with run menu, always try to open VM Servise

i install flutter, and then try to learn some basic dart programing. when i try to open simple Hello world app with the run menu, vs code try to open VM servise in the consol debug. how to run it on terminal or debug console without Connected to VM servise ?

i try to create new dart project in other folder but still the same..
