[Flutter] Open the flutter app from another button when the app is closed

I have used the ( https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_overlay_window or https://pub.dev/packages/system_alert_window ) package to show me an overlay on all apps even when the app is closed.

Now I want to put a button to return to the application, and send data to the application along with opening the application.

App scenario ** In fact, my goal is that even when the app is closed and the phone rings, a dialog will open and ask the user whether to add this number to their customers and open the app** I want to do this with worker and receive call log and flutter_overlay_window package. Note: I don't want to use the local notification
