[Flutter] How to debug a flutter app that is causing a device to heat up?

I have a flutter app that is causing an iPhone to start heating up and using an unreasonable amount of battery. I have read that I need to use the DevTools but there are so many options.

Does anyone have any advice on which DevTool to use and how to go about strategically finding out whats causing the device to heat up?
