[Flutter] "Could not find method minSdkVersion()" on extension 'android'

In Intellij's Flutter Android Dev, An Error Occured " "Could not find method minSdkVersion()" on extension 'android' " which couldnt able to build the app for smartphone

In build.graddle file i had added compileSdkVersion and minSdkVersion in android {} function but im getting this error "Could not find method minSdkVersion() for arguments [class com.android.build.gradle.internal.dsl.BaseAppModuleExtension] on extension 'android' of type com.android.build.gradle.internal.dsl.BaseAppModuleExtension."

Can anyone pls tell how to solve this error.
