I'm developing a multi-tenant application where I need to generate subdomains and configure DNS settings automatically whenever a new company is created. I'm looking for options to achieve this using free or cost-effective APIs. Currently, I'm using shared hosting on Hostinger, but I’m running into resource limitations that prevent me from making changes to the Apache server.

I would appreciate guidance on whether setting up a multi-tenant system with subdomains is feasible on shared hosting, or if upgrading to a VPS is necessary. Additionally, I’m interested in how to create subdomains programmatically using cPanel APIs and manage DNS settings with DNS APIs. Lastly, is it possible to use cPanel features on Hostinger’s hPanel, and if so, how?
