Automated Database script creation

Currently, when a new tenant is onboarded, we manually set up the environment and create database scripts for configuration. I want to automate this process by developing an application using Angular and .NET. The idea is for the user to select the features they need, and based on their selection, the application will automatically generate the required database scripts.

How can I design this application to achieve this automation? What would be an ideal architecture or flow for this solution?

I would appreciate any suggestions or best practices to consider.
