Problem with Email Server Settings in private cloud

I can't set as Email Server office 365 SMTP server.

I have a private cloud server running latest version on a Ubuntu 18.04 VM.

I tried in the configuration of the Server the SMTP settings and the Exchange server settings.

Both don't work.

Settings I use:

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS

username: email

password: email pass


Setting Exchange returns this error:

System Error
javax/xml/ws/http/HTTPException



With SMTP settings the error is:
