[JBoss] Cannot get to JBoss admin console

I installed JBoss-eap-7.2 in Linux server, created an app JBoss instance with "port-offset=1". I can access the app by IP:8081. The app admin console is supposed to use port # 9991. When I try IP:9991 in browser, however, I receive following message: "The Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 7 is running. However you have not yet added any users to be able to access the admin console......"

Actually, I have already added admin user by using add-user.sh. I can verify this in /jboss-eap-7.2/standalone/configuration/mgmt-users.properties file and mgmt-groups.properties file.

Please tell me what I was missing and how to get to the app admin console.
